I was craving ice cream the one day and it reminded me of this one ice cream sandwich store I went to for my birthday when I was 20. So - ignoring the fact that I can't eat gluten - I wondered what was the ultimate craving food. And that thought process brought me to the idea of an ice cream sandwich, but with a donut being the buns! After some research, I found this wasn't an original idea however, who said the concept had to go to waste?
